First Aid For Infants & Children

(NoT nationally Recognised Course)

Nothing is more frightening than seeing something happen to your child and not knowing what to do. When children are involved in an emergency situation it can be daunting.

As parents we know how easy it is to panic when our child chokes or bumps their head badly. We have two choices, either  panic and do nothing or take control of the situation and do your best! You will be amazed that some basic techniques can save lives.

This workshop is a NOT NATIONALLY RECOGNISED WORKSHOP.
This means no official first aid certificate will be issued but the children will gain valuable skills and knowledge. This workshop is aimed specifically at infants and young children and is ideal for anyone especially parents, parents to be, grandparents or even a babysitter. This workshop is delivered in a friendly and relaxed manner, is easy to follow and understand. You will learn basic first aid which anyone can do and you will be involved in practicals and scenarios to help reinforce what we cover.

We have been running this course with our local council and proves to be a popular workshop. Parents are welcome to bring along babies and small children although they will need to be supervised at all times.

The course duration is 3 hrs and the cost is $300 . We can come to you whether it be at your home, venue or workplace. You can have as many participants as you like as long as the training premises can comfortable accommodate everyone.
